Stakeholder interview
As part of the design process, I conducted a simulated stakeholder interview to identify business needs and user expectations.
The client emphasized the importance of building credibility, clearly communicating their services, and making it easy for potential clients to get in touch online.
Based on these insights, I structured the site around three main sections:
A professional introduction to establish trust and showcase experience
An overview of services offered
A section outlining past achievements and current focus, to show growth and commitment
The design includes intuitive navigation and an easy-to-access contact section for seamless online communication. To reflect the firm’s values of reliability and clarity, the visual design used a clean blue-and-white or green-and-white color palette — both options tested well for professionalism and modern appeal.
User journey map
This journey map combines the accountant’s business goals with real user needs, ensuring the website meets both perspectives effectively.
By exploring user motivations, challenges, and behaviors, I designed a website experience that not only reflects the accountant’s values, but also supports potential clients in finding reliable, clear, and personalized financial help.

UI design(high-fidelity screens)
The final screens were designed with a clear focus on usability and transparency. Every element supports the accountant’s goal to appear approachable, reliable, and professional—while guiding users toward quick understanding and easy contact. I designed the pages for mobile view too. Some of the responsive screens can be viewed in the galery below between the desktop screens.
